Who controls your information

Hexica is responsible for the B.Line first-access list. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, email daniel@ventive.studio.

What we collect

When you join first access, we collect your email address, the date and time you consented, the page you joined from and—where present—limited advertising campaign labels such as UTM source or campaign. We do not collect payment information through this form.

Why we use it

We use this information to tell you when B.Line preorders open and to send substantive B.Line preorder-access updates. Our lawful basis is your consent. Joining the list does not place an order, reserve a device or create a payment obligation.

Where it is stored

Waitlist records are kept in a private Vercel Blob store configured in the London region. Vercel acts as a service provider for the website and storage and may process information under its contractual data-protection safeguards. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your record while B.Line preorder-access communications are active, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it sooner. We will remove records that are no longer needed for that purpose.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. You may also ask to access, correct or erase your information, or restrict or object to its use where applicable, by emailing daniel@ventive.studio. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.

If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If the waitlist purpose, data collected or service providers materially change, this notice will be updated before the new use begins.
